About Us

Christmas Day at the Greeno is a small, community-focused charity dedicated to providing a full  Christmas Day programme at the Greeno Centre including a full three course lunch with presents and gifts for those in Shepperton and surrounding area. (We are independent of the Greeno Centre.)

We rely on a small team of trustees and volunteers to organise the event, source all goods and services, and help out on Christmas Day.

Role Purpose

The administrator supports the project manager, trustees and team leaders in the day to day tasks of organising the event.

Key Responsibilities (shared between project manager and administrator)

• Support the trustees
• Liaise with the Greeno Centre and other third parties
• Liaise with team leaders and ensure they have all necessary information they require and assist if necessary
• Ensure all necessary regulatory certificates are in place
• Support any fundraising or marketing initiatives
• Work with the project manager to manage the operational plan
• Arrange thank you letters and organise wash up and thank you party

Person Specification

We are looking for people who:

• Are good communicators, written and verbal, who is comfortable using spreadsheets and cloud-based storage
• Are willing to devote the necessary time and effort
