Join Chertsey & Addlestone Good Neighbours as a volunteer and help local residents with simple but essential tasks like fetching prescriptions, doing shopping, or collecting library books. Your time and kindness can ease the burden for someone in need.

This is a flexible role that fits around your schedule and is a great way to feel connected to your local community. Non-driving volunteers are also needed.

What skills do I need?

You would need good communication skills and be compassionate and caring and be interested in helping your community.

When do I need to be available?

You choose exactly when to volunteer and how often, and that can vary as often as you like - the role is very flexible. The organization does, from time to time, also have requests for weekend roles.
