As a Duty Officer, you’ll support the service from the comfort of your own home by answering incoming calls from clients and coordinating help with available volunteers. It’s a vital role that keeps everything running smoothly – and all you need is a phone, a little time, and a desire to support your local community.

No specialist knowledge required – just good communication, reliability, and a caring attitude.
