Tomorrow Town Climate Workshop Volunteers

Do you care about the environment, enjoy being creative, and love supporting young people to explore new ideas? We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join our Tomorrow Town Climate Workshop team.

Tomorrow Town is a fun, hands‑on programme for children in Years 3–6 (ages 8–11). Each week, children imagine and build a town of the future — one that responds to climate change and helps communities live more sustainably. Using natural materials, craft items, and recycled resources, they design homes, parks, transport systems, and community spaces that support a greener world.

What you’ll be doing:

• Helping children explore climate-friendly ideas
• Supporting small groups with building activities
• Making the sessions fun, safe, and engaging

Practical details:

• When: Tuesdays, 5–6:30pm
• Where: The Hub, Englefield Green
• Start date: 2nd November
• Commitment: Projects run each school term normally 6 or 7 weeks at a time.

If you’d like to inspire the next generation of climate thinkers and help create a welcoming, creative space for local children, we’d love to hear from you.
