Trustee (SP)

Spelthorne Mental Health Association (SP)

Help Shape Local Mental Health Support in Spelthorne

Spelthorne Mental Health Association is a long-established, independent local charity supporting people in their recovery from mental illness. From our welcoming day centre in Fordbridge Park on the Ashford/Staines border, we offer therapeutic activities such as art, crafts, woodwork, relaxation, computer classes, and social outings.

We're looking for new trustees to join our small, friendly board and help guide the future of the charity. This flexible volunteer role involves attending approximately 4–6 meetings per year, with occasional involvement by email or phone. You don’t need to have been a trustee before—if you’re passionate about mental health and making a difference locally, we’d love to hear from you.

Experience in HR, finance, website management, or governance is a bonus but not essential.
