Quest - Riding for the Disabled (SH)
Join Quest – Riding for the Disabled (based in Surrey Heath) and help make a real difference in the lives of children and adults through therapeutic riding sessions. As a Volunteer Assistant, you’ll help lead ponies, assist riders during sessions, and may also support with grooming and caring for ponies before and after rides.
No prior experience with horses is required – full training is provided. However, if you have horse experience or are interested in progressing to become an RDA instructor, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills while giving back.
Volunteering with Quest offers a chance to be active outdoors, connect with a supportive team, and provide meaningful support to people with additional needs.
Experience is not essential and you will be given full training. You will be very welcome if you have horse experience and you may in the future wish to qualify to be an RDA instructor.
